Paul Fletcher – Director – Head of Client and Partner Relationships
Paul has over 20 years experience as an Independent Financial Adviser. His experience includes working with groups such as Age Concern and The Civil Service Pension Scheme. He is a pension specialist and carries authorisation to advise on all pension enquiries, including occupational, defined benefit and final salary pension schemes. He regularly advises trustees of PLC pension schemes regarding regulatory reporting. His commercial experience has meant Paul advises companies regarding commercial expansion, preparation and structuring for sale. Paul also has an understanding of and has undergone specialist training regarding the process of asset division, in particular pension distribution on divorce.
Colin McHugh – Director – Head of Research, Due Diligence and Technical Services
Colin is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society which is the highest exam based qualification in Financial Planning in the UK and is the pinnacle of the Financial Services profession. With 20 years experience working in Financial Services, Colin has had experience dealing with all aspects of financial planning for individual clients, partnerships, companies and Trustees. Over this time he has developed a strong emphasis on technical pension issues particularly around Occupational Pension Schemes. He is a pension transfer specialist and holds the relevant qualifications and authorisation to advise on all pension enquiries including defined benefit (final salary) and defined contribution (money purchase) occupational pension schemes.
Carole Gibson – Client Account Manager
Carole has 20 years experience working within the UK education sector, roles include leadership and team responsibility, developmental consultancy roles, focusing on performance standards and service delivery. In addition, Carole held a key role with a UK top 100 IFA company, managing and developing client relationships. Carole heads up internal client communication and development.
